President, PM pay tributes to Sowar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have paid glowing tributes to Lance Naik Sowar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed on his 53rd martyrdom anniversary.

In his message, the President said Sowar Muhammad Hussain displayed unparalleled courage and bravery in the 1971 war.

He said the entire nation acknowledges the sacrifices of its martyrs and will never forget them.

In his message, the Prime Minister said Sowar Muhammad Hussain demonstrated unparalleled bravery and courage during the 1971 war and played a key role in destroying sixteen enemy tanks using anti-tank guns while identifying enemy positions.

Shehbaz Sharif said the entire nation takes pride in its martyrs and their families, and will never forget the sacrifices of martyrs who laid down their lives for the sake of the country.
