President signs SC Review of Judgments and Orders Bills 2023
The President on Friday approved the Supreme Court Review of Judgments and Orders Act, 2023, a new law, which has been gazetted.
Under the new law, decisions under 184/3 will be subject to appeal, and the appeal will be heard by a bench larger than the bench that gave the decision.
