Presidential Order Issued, Kashmir’s Special Status Abolished

Indian President signs 4-point amendment on the abolition of the special status of Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK) in the Indian Constitution.

According to the reports of Baaghi TV, a presidential decree has been issued which will have a separate legislative assembly in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The Indian President has abolished the post of Governor and delegated the powers to the Council of Ministers. Jammu and Kashmir will not be termed as a ‘State’ while it will be considered as a constituent of the Indian Union.

Indian President Ram Nath Kovind has signed a bill to abolish Article 370 in reference to Kashmir.
