Prince Andrew must face lawsuit: US Judge #Baaghi

England’s Prince Andrew failed to convince a U.S. judge to excuse Virginia Giuffre‘s claim blaming the Duke for York of sexually assaulting her when she was a teen.

The Manhattan judge said it was untimely to evaluate Andrew’s endeavors to “cast question” on those cases, however the 61-year-old ruler could do as such at a preliminary.

Kaplan said it was additionally too early to conclude whether Giuffre’s 2009 common settlement with Epstein “obviously and unambiguously” shielded Prince Andrew from being sued by Giuffre.

The judge didn’t address the benefits of Giuffre’s cases. Lawyers for Andrew and Giuffre did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Prince Andrew, the second child of Queen Elizabeth, has denied Giuffre’s allegations that he constrained her to engage in sexual relations over twenty years prior at a London home of previous Epstein partner Ghislaine Maxwell, and assaulted her at two Epstein properties.
