London, 17th July 2020: Princess Beatrice has married an Italian property tycoon Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi at a private ceremony in Windsor. Princess Beatrice, now the Countess Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi is the elder daughter of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and Sarah, Duchess of York. She is ninth in the line of succession to the British throne, followed by her sister, Princess Eugenie. It was attended by the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, along with other close relatives. Initially, Beatrice was to get married in May, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, the ceremony got delayed. The new date was not announced in advance. Buckingham Palace said that the ceremony was small today and was in accordance with the relevant guidelines issued by the government.
