Former leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Usman Khan Tarakai, along with family members and friends, today joined the Pakistan People’s Party.
He formally made this announced at a news conference, flanked with PPP leader and Minister of State for Poverty Alleviation Faisal Karim Kundi, in Islamabad this afternoon.
Addressing a press conference flanked by Mr Tarakai, PPP leader Faisal Karim Kundi said, “Those who are joining the PPP have been welcomed by the leadership. I welcome Usman Tarakai to the PPP.”
Taking a jibe at PTI chief Imran Khan, Mr Kundi said, “Imran Khan has done nothing for the country except to deceive the people”.
