Punjab had received dozens of terrorists threats, reveals IG Inam Ghani

Lahore, 23rd June: IG Lahore reveals how many terrorist threats were received by Punjab.

Baaghi TV: Inspector General (IG) Punjab Inam Ghani while talking about the Lahore Johar Town blast said that we had received 65 threat alerts. The blast has not dampened our spirits.

IG Punjab said that the Police are assessing the damage caused by the Johar Town blast. He informed that police personnel were also injured in the blast and regretted the loss of life.

IG Punjab Inam Ghani revealed that some terrorists have arrested last week from Punjab.

IG Punjab said that CTD has taken control and is monitoring the blast. CTD also caught some people last week. He also disclosed that outside hands are involved in the blasts.

It may be recalled that a blast in the Johar Town area of Lahore killed 3 people and injured 24 others, including a policeman. Rescue teams shifted the bodies of the dead and injured to the hospital.

The blast took place near Ehsan Mumtaz Hospital in Johar Town. According to police, the blast took place inside a vehicle. The blast was so severe that several vehicles, motorcycles and a rickshaw were destroyed, the windows of nearby buildings shattered, and a house was severely damaged.
