In connection with the World Kids’ Athletics Day, Punjab University Sports Department organized various sports for the children.

On this occasion, Punjab University Director Sports Dr Zafar Iqbal Butt, Secretary General Athletics Federation of Pakistan Muhammad Zafar, former Hockey Olympian Khawaja Junaid and children from different schools were present.
In his address, Dr Zafar said that sports are also important for children with education to stay healthy.
Dr Zafar Iqbal said that Punjab University is playing a vital role to promote sports at all levels in the country.
