Balochistan: Monthly stipends awarded to ailing artists

QUETTA February 18, 2021: The Chief Minister visited Ayub stadium complex and also inspected various under-construction sports buildings at Ayub Stadium Complex. The Chief Minister Balochistan was briefed on various buildings under construction at Ayub Stadium Complex.

The Chief Minister also inspected the buildings under construction at Ayub Stadium Sports Complex. The work of Balochistan Cycling Velodrome has been stopped. Preparations are underway for the National Game to be played at Ayub Stadium. Ayub Stadium is a huge complex, further improvement is needed on it.

The Chief Minister said on the occasion, “Ayub Stadium will be reserved for games only. These projects were started in 2017 but the project has not been started properly yet. There is a vision behind development of Balochistan and Pakistan. The Cycling velodrome is very rare in the world. Separating the CWD demarcation was a big task. Everything is going according to plan at Ayub Stadium.”

He said, “When advance payment is given for the project, the work slows down. These projects have been paid for in the past as well, so there was a cycle of slowness. Balochistan used to be known for horse trading in the Senate but this time it has not happened.” “He said he will continue to show exemplary performance.”

He said, “ANP and PTI have promised to co-operate in Senate elections. Abdul Qadir will be supported by BAP Party. PTI did not take decision to withdraw ticket from Abdul Qadir without consulting us. Balochistan Awami Party is not limited to Balochistan. It is not easy for Sitara Ayaz to leave ANP and join our party. I also commend the opposition for not submitting the papers of parachutists in the Senate elections.”
