Ramazan Sugar Mill Case: CJ LHC constituted new bench

Chief Justice Lahore High Court has constituted a new bench in Ramazan Sugar Mill case , following the reservations expressed by Hamza Shehbaz.

According to the reports of Baaghitv , a new bench has been constituted in Ramazan Sugar mill case. The new bench comprises two member. The bench will be headed by Justice Mazhar Ali Naqvi while Justice Waheed will be the member of new bench. It must be remembered that in the last hearing of the said case , Hamza shehbaz expressed no confidence in the bench which was headed by Justice Baqar Ali Najfi, after which the new bench has been constituted.
