RDA approves 3 overhead bridges for pedestrians

RAWALPINDI, July 31 (Online): Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has approved 3 overhead bridges for pedestrians over Islamabad Expressway and VVIP route road of old airport for safe crossing.

These 3 major bridges will be constructed at the cost of Rs120 million.

Federal parliamentary secretary for Anti-Narcotics Sheikh Rashid Shafique will lay foundation stone of this project on August 04. Punjab government has released funds for these projects.

First overhead bridge will be constructed over VVIP road opposite  Shah Faisal colony, second will be constructed in front of Gulzar-e-Qaid and third will be built for the people living in the area opposite  old airport.
