Religious Scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil’s latest video goes viral

Lahore, 5th May: It seems like the renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil is always in news one way or the other. This time his latest video went viral on social media.

Baaghi TV: Maulana Tariq Jamil caught people’s attention on Wednesday after his video while exercising in a gym went viral on social media.

The Islamic scholar was seen flexing his biceps with the help of his coach. Coach Mohammad Shozaib told the media that Maulana Tariq Jamil was exercising in a private gym at his Talamba residence.

Maulana spends his time between Faisalabad and Karachi, and whenever he comes to his residence in Talamba, coach Shozaib is called upon for coaching and assisting.

“I also train Maulana’s son and other family members,” Shozaib said.

It is to be noted that recently Maulana Tariq Jamil launched his clothing brand MTJ which has come under severe scrutiny by the people.

Later, Maulana Tariq Jamil explained, in a video message, that he had been thinking for a long time about doing business for his religious activities, especially running a madrassa, but now with COVID-19, he has put his thinking into practice.

“In the subcontinent, it is considered a defect for scholars to do business or trade. I don’t know where it came from,” he said.

According to reports, Maulana Tariq Jamil founded the Madrasa Al-Hasnain in Faisalabad in the year 2000, which now has ten branches in different cities, where Arabic is taught.
