The All Parties Hurriyet Conference has said that the Modi-led Indian government’s repressive tactics cannot force the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir to abandon their just struggle for right to self-determination.

APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement in Srinagar, condemned the ongoing wave of tyranny unleashed by the Modi regime on the people of the occupied territory. He called upon the international community to stand in solidarity with Kashmiris and actively work to resolve the longstanding Kashmir dispute in line with UN resolutions.

Highlighting the targeted repression of Kashmiri activists, Minhas strongly denounced the Bharatiya Janata Party regime and its agencies for seizing properties of those who peacefully assert their political rights, describing such measures as part of a deliberate strategy to intimidate and displace Kashmiris.

He emphasized that despite decades of oppression, the resolve of Kashmiris for freedom remains unbroken, and no amount of coercion or confiscation can undermine their struggle for right to self-determination.
