Lahore: The news has arrived regarding who tabled the resolution to rebuild Jannat-ul-Baqi in the Punjab Assembly.
According to reports, the Punjab Assembly has demanded the rebuilding of the mausoleum of the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad, SAW, Hazrat Fatima-tu-Zohra RA, in Madina Munawwarah, via a unanimous resolution.
The resolution demands that the Government of Pakistan should use diplomatic influence to get the mausoleum of Hazrat Fatima-tu-Zohra RA rebuilt in Jannat-ul-Baqi.
In the Punjab Assembly this resolution was tabled by PPP’s parliamentary leader and Member of Assembly, Syed Hasan Murtaza, and it was unanimously passed. The resolution states that since Hazrat Fatima-tu-Zohra is the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the mother of the blessed Hazrat Hasan and Hazrat Hussain RA, and the Leader of the Women of Heaven, The Government of Pakistan should contact the Saudi Government in this matter and use its diplomatic relations to ensure the completion of this effort.
It is worth mentioning here that the Saudi royal family had removed all markers of the graves of the Ahl-ul-Bait, the family of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and several Companions RA، from the historical graveyard of Jannat-ul-Baqi in Madina Munawwarah, for the second time, on 8th Shawwal, 1340 AH.
