‘Revolutionary’ Imran moves IHC for facilities in jail barrack

Imran Khan’s legal team has requested the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to grant him privileges associated with ‘A class’ jail facilities.
The key requests in the petition include the right for family and legal representatives to visit him during his custody, emphasizing that these meetings are fundamental rights that should be upheld without exceptions. The lawyer representing Imran Khan, Naeem Haider Panjutha, also suggested transferring him to Adiala Jail, where ‘A class’ facilities are reportedly available.
The plea also seeks softer treatment for Chairman PTI Dakar Faisal Sultan while in custody. Panjutha expressed concern over potential delays in addressing the demands, fearing it could hinder the legal process and the pursuit of justice.
