Rise in Sugar Prices: A profit for Jahangir Tareen?
Lahore, Baaghi TV, 22 Jan 2020: Baaghi TV has uncovered brilliant details concerning Jahangir Tareen’s sugar mills. According to the reports of Baaghi TV, Jahangir Tareen, who is a close associate of Prime Minister Imran Khan and chief justice of Tehreek-e-Insaf, will be gaining a lot from the increase in per kilo sugar price.
Jahangir Khan Tareen’s group of industries reveal the presence of 10 million kilograms of sugar, but according to Baaghi TV, currently has 1 million 8 thousand sugar in stock in actual.
According to the Baaghi TV, Jamaludin sugar mill has 28 thousand ton, Sadiqabad sugar mill has 24 thousand, Ghotki sugar mill 18 thousand, Daharki 18 thousand, Jamalkot 13 thousand and Gulf sugar mill has more than 17 thousand tones of sugar. The amount of sugar, according to the principle of mathematics, one ton is 907.185 kg, thus the total sugar weight is 97,975,980 kilograms.
According to Baaghi TV, if a profit of at least one rupee per kilogram of sugar is taken, only one rupee gross profit will be Rs. 9.80 million (97,975,980). According to the sources, this season of sugar lasts for 100 days and if those 100 days’ prices have increased by 100% then the profit reaches one billion rupees.
On the other hand, it has also been revealed that Jahangir Tareen is the biggest producer of sugar at present, one of the reasons being Sharif family’s Ittefaq, Haseeb Waqas and Chaudhry Sugar mills being transferred illegally to other areas, have been banned by the Supreme Court for the production of any kind, and the second reason is that Jahangir Tareen is now one of the few big producers of sugar producing in the field.
