Russian troops accidentally shot down their own plane in Ukraine, amidst war. According to reports, the troops are discouraged and disregard orders.

The Director of the Government Communications Headquarters, the UK’s intelligence, cyber and security agency, Sir Jeremy Ian Fleming KCMG CB, said in a statement that the Russian military had mistakenly shot down its own plane in Ukraine.

The British intelligence chief added that the situation in Ukraine was “extremely bad” for Russia, but that Putin’s advisers were afraid to tell him the truth. Apparently, the Russian President had misjudged Ukraine. He says Russian troops in Ukraine are discouraged.
