Russian Troops to carry out DRUZHBA Joint Exercise

Lahore, 5th November: Russian Federation Special Forces have arrived in Pakistan.
Baaghi TV Report: According to ISPR, a contingent of Russian Special Forces arrived in Pakistan for a two-week joint exercise DRUZHBA 5.
Skydiving and hostage-taking procedures and other similar military exercises and skills will be specially developed.

It may be remembered that Russian troops have started coming to Pakistan since 2016.
It should also be noted that the formal process of enhancing defence cooperation between the two countries began in 2014 when Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu visited Pakistan, during which Moscow and Islamabad signed a defence agreement.
