UAE Golden Visa

The golden visa is a special type of visa that grants permission for a period of six months with multiple entries, facilitating the process of obtaining residency. This visa offers a renewable long-term residency permit, which can be valid for either five or ten years. One of its distinctive benefits is the exemption from requiring a sponsor.

Moreover, golden visa holders have the flexibility to stay outside the UAE for durations exceeding the standard six-month limit, ensuring the continuous validity of their residence visa. This visa category also enables individuals to sponsor their family members, including both spouses and children, irrespective of their ages. Additionally, there is no limit on the number of domestic helpers that can be sponsored by golden visa holders.

An important feature of the golden visa is that in the unfortunate event of the primary visa holder’s passing, family members under the same visa umbrella can remain in the UAE until the expiration of their respective permits.
