Saudi regulator seeks to verify credentials of Pakistani pilots
Saudi Arabia has questioned the federal government for verification of credentials of 33 Pakistani pilots and 8 technical experts working in Saudi Arabia.
According to details, the General Authority of Civil Aviation of Saudi Arabia has asked the Pakistani authorities to verify the credentials and licenses of 33 Pakistani pilots and 8 technical experts working in Saudi Arabia to ascertain whether they are authentic or not.
According to sources, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) reviewed all the cases and found that the credentials and licenses of 30 out of 33 pilots were found to be completely clear while the process of verification of others is underway.
Aviation Division sources told that the verification of the remaining three pilots and eight technical experts will be completed by the PCAA after Eid.
