SC allows action against Sugar mill owners
Tuesday, July 14th: The Supreme Court has allowed the government to take action against the owners of sugar mills, ending the relief they received from the Sindh High Court. The implementation case of Sugar Inquiry Commission report was heard in the Supreme Court. Justice Ejaz-ul-Haq said that there should be transparent work so that those involved could reach the level of punishment and the interest of the people in technical matters would not be left behind.
