The Supreme Court dismissed the petition filed against the disqualification of former President Pervez Musharraf.

Pervez Musharraf’s disqualification petition dismissed as it was declared as ineffective,.

The case was heard by a three-member bench headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan, the Additional Attorney General told the court that the petitioner had died, 2013 general elections.

The disqualification was challenged, the 2013 assembly term has also ended.

Pervez Musharraf had submitted nomination papers from Chitral in 2013 general elections, the nomination papers of Pervez Musharraf were rejected which were challenged in the Supreme Court, Pervez Musharraf died after that his case was heard and the application was ineffective.
