School children lose lives after a van collides with a truck

Lahore, 22nd February: A school van collided with a truck killing several school children.

Baaghi TV: According to reports, a high-speed truck collided with a school van on Monday due to fog near Khairpur Tamiwali Tehsil on the outskirts of Bahawalpur.

According to reports from Baaghi TV, 14 school children were on board the van, out of which 6 got killed and 7 were seriously injured.

The accident took place near Khand Mor Ada Israni when a school van travelling from Khairpur Tamiwali to Bahawalpur was hit by a speeding truck due to heavy fog. The van was completely destroyed in the accident.

The children in the van were rushed to the hospital where they succumbed to their injuries while the other seven critically injured were shifted to Bahawalpur Victoria Hospital.

As per reports, the truck driver escaped the incident and the van driver was arrested by the police.

The heart-wrenching photos circulating on social media have left everyone shocked. Such cruel drivers should be immediately taken to task for their hasty act that took the lives of several innocent children.
