ISLAMABAD: According to Baaghi TV, hearing held on the petition against the data leak inquiry of Additional Director SECP, Arsalan Zafar. The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has extended the stay order against Arsalan Zafar till October 27. The hearing was presided over by the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Athar Minallah. Arsalan Zafar has challenged the formation of the inquiry committee and the report of the inquiry committee. The SECP counsel told the court that the reply was ready and would be submitted soon.
