Lahore, 10th August: IG Punjab Shoaib Dastgir has ordered to raise security high alert in the province in view of the blast on Chaman Mall Road. According to Baaghi TV, IG Punjab has directed all RPOs and DPOs to enhance the security of important installations, sensitive places, and other public places. IG Punjab says that the process of checking at inter-provincial and inter-district check posts is more effective. Shibli Faraz Condemns Chaman Blast The IG Punjab further said that the working hours of patrolling forces including Dolphin and Peru should be further extended in the vicinity of public places. Search, sweep and intelligence-based operations should be intensified in all districts. On the other hand, Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has condemned the Chaman bomb blast. The Balochistan Chief Minister said that terrorist elements wanted to destroy the peace of Chaman to achieve their nefarious aims.
