Seminar in Karachi to express solidarity with Kashmiris

A seminar titled Kashmir Seeks Attention was organized by Kashmir Youth Alliance in collaboration with Jaag Karachi in Karachi to express solidarity with Kashmiris in Karachi on Friday dated August 30, 2019 in which students and people from different walks of life participated in large numbers.
The key speakers were Engineer Umair Wahab , president of Jaag Karachi, notable journalist Fawad Syed, Faiz Ullah Khan-renowned journalist with command on war and military affairs- and president of Karachi Press Club Imtiaz Farn Khan addressed the audience.
Addressing students, Fawad Syed said where demonstration expressing solidarity with Kashmiris are being held in the country, there is a dire need for holding academic debates because Kashmir is an international issue and we need to provide rational arguments to the International community to garner support.
Enginner Umair Wahab said, we are ideologically and emotionally aligned with Kashmir cause and we need to keep raising our voice in the support of Kashmiri brethren until the issue is resolved.
Renowned journalist Faiz Ullah Khan shed light on Kashmir issue from the International perspective and how the world is watching the developments in Kashmir and said this is the high time for offensive diplomacy and present our case to world with arguments why we called Kashmir our jugular vein.
Imtiaz Faran Khan, president of Karachi Press Club, addressing the students said, it is time to chant slogan, ‘Kashmir is Pakistan’ instead of ‘Kashmir will be Pakistan’. For the past 70 years Kashmir issue remained unresolved an it time to review our policy and prepare policy for coming years. He shed lights on the Kashmir where popular rising is witnessed and mothers and children alike are fighting against the Indian security forces and valiantly fighting for independence. The struggle will continue till the Kashmir is freedom oppressive rule of India.
