Senate allows release of film ‘Zindagi Tamasha’ after Coronavirus is over

Sarmad Khost’s film Zindagi Tamasha has been allowed to release by the consent of Senate’s Human Rights Committee after the Coronavirus Crisis.

Baaghi TV: According to the details, a briefing was given in the meeting of the Senate Human Rights Committee, on the screening of the film Zindagi Tamasha. The committee endorsed the decision of the censor board to allow screening of the film Zindagi Tamasha.

According to media reports, Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar said that the committee had given permission to the censor board to continue the release of the film, Zindagi Tamasha, after the Corona crisis.

Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar said that nothing objectionable was seen in the film, Zindagi Tamasha.

It is to be noted that the upcoming film Zindagi Tamasha by renowned Pakistani filmmaker and actor Sarmad Khost was to be screened across Pakistan on January 24. Despite the film being approved for release, its release in the country was therefore suspended due to a call for protests against the film by a religious party. After which the release of the film was stopped.
