Sexual assault charges against Mithun’s son
Mumbai, 18th October: An FIR has been registered against senior Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaksha for sexually assaulting a fellow actress.
Baaghi TV: According to the Indian news agency Times Of India, a 38-year-old woman has lodged an FR against actor Mithan Chakraborty’s wife Yogita Bali and son Mahaksha on October 15 at Oshiwara police station.
The woman said that Mithun’s son has cheated her by asking her to marry him and then raped her. The woman has pressed charges of fraud against him and holds him responsible for the abortion of her unborn child.
Mithan Chakraborty’s wife Yogita Bali has also been named in the FIR. The victim said that Yogita Bali also knew about our relationship and she had also pressured and threatened me to have an abortion.
According to the FIR, Mahaksha and the victim had been in a relationship since 2015 and Mahaksha Chakraborty abused her after drinking drugs and later refused to marry her. The victim has not yet been identified but is said to be a Bhojpuri actress.
