Shah Faesal and Shehla Rashid challenged the move to abolish Article 370 in the Supreme Court.
A group of seven people, including the Kashmiri political leader Shah Faesal and social worker Shehla Rashid, approached the Supreme Court challenging the presidential order of dismissing the special status of Jammu and Kashmir, moreover, rejecting the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act.
All the petitions related to Kashmir issue will be heard in the Supreme Court on Wednesday (tomorrow).
Meanwhile, Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Satya Pal Malik accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of “playing politics” over his invitation to the Valley on Monday.
It is to be remembered that curfew has been imposed for the last 23 days in the region.
