Islamabad July 15 (Online Int’l): PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday lashed out at the government for its decision to end annual increment of the government employees.

In a statement on Wednesday, he said the end of annual increment in the salaries of the government is oppression and totally unjust with the employees.

He asked when Prime Minister Imran Khan could not run his financial affairs in 200,000 rupees then how can poor employees do so in a few thousands. He said the PTI government has forced the public to come out on the roads against its oppressive measures.

The opposition leader demanded the government take its decision back, adding that such measures have proved that it is not a public representative government but the government of IMF. The government had claimed that it would not approach the IMF but today it has made the IMF a nerve testing machine for the public.

He made it clear that the public will not be left alone in this difficult time.
