Shehbaz Sharif still not released: Asks Maryam Aurangzeb
Lahore, 23rd November: PLM-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb wants to know why isn’t Shehbaz Sharif released yet even after he grief he had to bear for the loss of his mother.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, PML-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb has said that ethics and social values demand that Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz be released on immediate parole.
Earlier, PML-N leader Ataullah Tarar had submitted a petition for parole of Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz to the deputy commissioner to be released soon.
Shehbaz Sharif is the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly and people from all over the country have come to offer their condolences. In view of this, two-week parole has been requested.
Ataullah Tarar said that DC Lahore has applied for the parole of Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz. He has asked for release on two weeks parole. Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz must be out to see the arrangements of the last rites.
Preparations are being made to bring back the body of Nawaz Sharif’s mother from London. Funeral prayers of Begum Shamim Akhtar will be offered at Sharif Medical City. However, former prime minister of Pakistan Mian Nawaz Sharif will not be able to attend the funeral prayers in Lahore.
Begum Shamim Akhtar, the mother of Nawaz Sharif and President Nawaz League Shehbaz Sharif, passed away in London. Begum Shamim Akhtar was ill for a long time. She will be buried in Lahore.
Funeral prayers of Begum Shamim will be offered in London on Wednesday at Regent Park Mosque before departure to Pakistan. Begum Shamim Akhtar’s body will be sent to Pakistan after paperwork which may take two to three days to reach there.
Nawaz Sharif’s sister will also come to Pakistan with her mother’s body. The body of Nawaz Sharif’s mother has been shifted to the morgue of Regent’s Park Mosque in London.
