Shoaib Akhtar, former fast bowler of the national team, has reacted to the decision of state TV.
He had quoted PTV’s official tweet by claiming that he had already resigned in front of the masses.
Well thats hilarious.

It may be recalled that during the live show on state TV after the match between Pakistan and New Zealand on October 26, the host of the program, Dr. Noman Niaz, had asked Shoaib Akhtar to leave the show in front of other guests including Vivian Richards and David Gower. ۔
The fast-paced bowler had praised Harris Rauf for his outstanding performance in the ICC T20 World Cup and gave credit to the Lahore Qalandars Player Development Program.
The host of the state TV may not have liked Qalandars’ praise and in response he behaved rudely towards Shoaib Akhtar and asked him to leave the show.
Shoaib Akhtar tried to settle the matter but when it did not work out, Shoaib Akhtar not only left the show but also resigned from PTV.
Following criticism on the issue, state TV had formed an inquiry committee to probe the matter, which met for the first time today.
Dr. Noman also appeared in the meeting and after hearing their position, the committee decided to off air both Dr. Noman and Shoaib Akhtar till the completion of the inquiry and said that both of them will not participate in any PTV show.
According to sources, MDPTV during the meeting directed Dr. Noman Niaz to bring an alternative anchor in the sports program but Dr. Noman Niaz apologized for bringing an alternative anchor person in his place and said that if he could not do the program himself, I will not let you.
