Smart lockdown extended in Punjab

Lahore, 1st July: Punjab has extended the ‘smart’ lockdown till July 15 in Lahore. According to Baaghi TV, the smart lockdown imposed in selected areas of Lahore has been extended till the 15th of July in order to curb the spread of coronavirus. A notification has been issued on Tuesday by the Punjab government’s Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department for the extension of the lockdown. Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department Secretary Capt (r) Muhammad Usman said the notification will be effective immediately and will be applicable for areas identified in the June 15 order.
