PM Khan rejects summary for hike in electricity, gas prices

Lahore, 2nd October: Tabish Gohar, former chief executive officer of K-Electric, has been appointed as special assistant to PM Imran Khan for energy.

Following the approval of Prime Minister Imran Khan, a notification has been issued to appoint Tabish Gohar as Special Assistant.

Tabish Gohar was the chairman and CEO of K-Electric for 7 years and in 2012, under his supervision, K-Electric gained profit for the first time after 17 years.

Tabish Gohar retired in October 2015 after completing his term as CEO, Director and Chairman K-Electric. Today, he has been appointed Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Energy.
