According to the report of Baaghi TV, a written order has been issued to summon Shehzad Akbar on the rising cases of crimes, disappearances and illegally land occupation in Islamabad.

Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Atharmanullah issued a five-page order. The court said in a written order that the crime of illegal land occupation was on the rise in Islamabad. Surprisingly state ministries and agencies are doing illegal real estate business. The involvement of agencies and ministries in the real estate business raises serious questions of conflict of interest.

The written order further said that reports were showing how the system was corrupt and on the verge of collapse. Islamabad’s powerful elite is directly responsible for breaking the law.

There is no hesitation in saying that the state has failed to protect ordinary citizens. Institutions protecting the fundamental rights of citizens are directly or indirectly involved in violating the law.

The court further said in the written order that the dire situation of law and order in Islamabad is unbearable, the basic rights of ordinary citizens are being violated and the citizens are losing faith in the justice system.
