Sushant Singh Case: Family asks for a new forensic report from AIIMS
Mumbai, 5th October: Sushant Singh Rajput’s family and his lawyer have demanded a new forensic report after the leak of the audiotape on the final report prepared by the doctors of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
According to the Times Of India, the Forensic Medical Board of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in its report rejected the angle of the murder of Sushant Singh Rajput after Dr Sudhir Gupta leaked the audiotape where he claims the late actor was killed.
In the video, Dr Sudhir Gupta, who had compiled a fresh post-mortem report on Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide, said that he knew Sushant Singh’s death was 200% murder instead of suicide by looking at Sushant Singh’s pictures.
Sushant Singh Case: A report suggests he was not murdered
The Times of India quoted Times Now as saying in a leaked audiotape that AIIMS chief Dr Gupta had claimed that Sushant had not committed suicide but had been killed. He reportedly made the statement after seeing pictures of Sushant’s body. Sushant’s family is now demanding a new forensic investigation.
According to Indian media, a report submitted to the CBI by Dr Sudhir, head of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, rejected the presumption of murder and said that Sushant Singh Rajput’s death was a suicide.
Sudhir Gupta’s statement has been questioned by Indian media and Sushant Singh’s family lawyer Vikas Singh.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s lawyer wrote on Twitter and questioned the AIIMS report and said that he was very worried about the final report, and he has requested the CBI director to form a new forensic team. How can the AIIMS team give a final report in the absence of Sushant’s body?
Highly perturbed with AIIMS report. Going to request CBI Director to constitute a fresh Forensic team . How could AIIMS team give a conclusive report in the absence of the body, that too on such shoddy post mortem done by Cooper hospital wherein time of death also not mentioned .

In his tweet, he termed the report of a hospital as unsatisfactory and added that it was also based on a poor post-mortem report by Cooper Hospital which did not even mention the time of death.
