Sushant Singh: CBI finds an inconsistency in the statements

Mumbai, 24th August: The CBI has grilled friend Siddharth Pithani and has found inconsistencies in friend & cook’s statements in the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case.

According to reports from Pinkvilla, the CBI will interrogate Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend Siddharth Pithani in Mumbai.

Reports reveal there are inconsistencies in the late actor’s friend and cook’s statements about the events unfolded on June 13 and 14.

After the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) took over the probe of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, the team of investigators is questioning people present at the actor’s home on the day on his death.

Times Now has reported that CBI grilled Siddharth Pithani and Sushant’s cook, Neeraj, again. The actor’s friend reportedly reached the DRDO guest house, where the CBI team, took him for another round of questioning.

The report states that the late actor’s friend and cook have given contradicting statements. The CBI attempts to piece together the events of June 13 and 14, leading up to discovering the actor’s body.

On August 22, Saturday, Pithani, and Neeraj accompanied the CBI to Sushant’s Bandra apartment to give their statements about the events leading up to discovering the actor’s body.

The CBI team spent over five hours at the actor’s residence. Apart from recreating the crime scene, a team of CBI’s SIT also met the doctors at the Cooper Hospital who conducted the autopsy.

Earlier, Sushant’s cousin Kumar Singh Bablu said that his friends Sandip and Siddharth Pithani should be arrested. “CBI investigation is going in the right direction. We are hopeful that the guilty will be caught. Sidharth Pithani should be definitely arrested. When we went for the last rites of Sushant, we saw that there was no sadness apparent on Pithani’s face. I am suspicious of his activities. He used to be a colleague of Sushant”, he said.

He further said, “Another colleague of Sushant, Sandeep also started giving clean chits to people on the media just ten days after my cousin’s death. He was acting like a gangster. I have confidence that CBI will investigate and come to a result in this case. My belief is that the third degree is important to get the truth out in this case.”

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on the 14th of June in his Mumbai home. he was found hanging by his ceiling. His mysterious death has led to many speculations and controversies.
