India's BJP govt. lambasted by PM Imran Khan for registering cases against Gilani family

Veteran Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Gilani passed away at the age of 92. The demise of Syed Ali Shah Gilani is a huge loss, but being Muslim, we firmly believe that we all belong to almighty and will, return to him. Moreover, he was a name of ideology and resistance.

The Veteran Hurriyat leader was an uncompromising campaigner against the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Today, he left us behind, but his legacy is the guiding light for the youth of Kashmir. He was very courageous more than many young men in the world.

The Legendary Hurriyat leader spent his huge proportion of life in House-arrest because he always raised his voice against the oppression of the Indian forces. Syed Ali Shah Gilani’s voice was a symbol of freedom movement for the Kashmiris, he himself chanted slogans of freedom all his life, warmed the blood of the youth, kept challenging the Indian forces.

Syed Ali Shah Gilani is no longer with us, but the message of freedom and enthusiasm he has given to the younger generation will remain in the veins of Kashmiri youth. The harvest of the freedom movement that he has sown will surely bring the fruit of freedom for future generations of Kashmiris.

He was a man of high courage, determination, love of freedom, and understanding the value of freedom. Seeing him, it never seemed that he was old, he always saw the glow of freedom in his eyes, peace, and contentment on his face. He was a truly historic figure. On August 14, 2020, the Government of Pakistan conferred him with the highest civil award of the country, “Nishan-e-Pakistan” in an account of his noteworthy services and sacrifices for the oppressed people of IIOJK.

Syed Ali Shah Gilani was detained by the Indian Army, but his voice could not be silenced, his thinking could not be restricted, his views could not be imprisoned, his passion for freedom could not be severely curtailed. Today, he is out of breath, but he has added a new chapter of life to the Kashmiris’ freedom movement.

Syed Ali Shah Gilani was born on September 29, 1929. He was also a member of Jamaat-e-Islami Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Later he formed his own party under the name of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat. He was also the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference. He was always considered a strong opponent of Indian occupation in Jammu and Kashmir and a powerful voice of oppressed Kashmiris. He was considered the bright face of the Kashmiris freedom movement and the true voice of freedom.

Syed Ali Shah Gilani has spent his entire life in the struggle for Freedom. He could not see Kashmir become an accession to Pakistan, but he educated the Kashmiris with the true meaning of freedom. He was considered a symbol of the freedom movement in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

God willing! Kashmir will be free, Syed Ali Shah Gilani’s dream will come true. He could not see the freedom of Kashmir in his life, but the destination that has been set for his youth, Kashmiris will surely soon reach this destination. No power on the earth can restrain the freedom of Kashmiris. It is pertinent to mention here, Indian atrocities on Kashmiri leadership are more than common Kashmiris, and Kashmiri leadership is still standing steadfastly on its ground and raising the slogan of freedom with more courage than before.

May Allah Almighty bless him eternal peace and elevate his ranks in Jannah and grant Kashmiris’ with the blessing of freedom. (Ameen)
