Defense Secretary for the US, Lloyd Austin, speaking to reporters ahead of his arrival in Ukraine, on Monday, said that the US THAAD system is “in place”.   THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) an advanced anti-missile system, is a key component of the US military’s air defense systems, which has been rushed to Israel. Speaking to reporters before his arrival in the Ukraine Austin confirmed that the system is “in place”.
