The Affairs of Mighty Men

How can you possibly make people pay for their sins? Any retributive punishment for them. Any suggestive punitive measures that they could be brought to book… none whatever.

My question relates to those who have been involved in financial impropriety. More so because of their inherent powers vis-a-vis who stand in a fiduciary character, either way blowing away the trust vested in them and the organization itself. How can you deal with such people? Do we have any examples to start with?

Now that you have started to explore means to address the nationwide chaotic situations. Mostly it’s the money-related governmental embezzlements and multiple misappropriations that make a ramshackle of the govt. controlled institutions. The steel mill is a case in point. PIA and other electrical companies. It’s still the darkest night before dawn.

It’s not digression this is what gives you the focus to lead, think, and re-evaluate strategies. It’s rather a time for introspection. These are the real problems that need concrete solutions. Let’s not hide in the shadows of trivial issues. To some they may be the only issues… forgive me for saying so but we have to lend ears to these bigger problems. Otherwise, it’s going to be free for all. No holds barred. Question those who may never like to escape notoriety. That is because of this inertia which is mainly caused by an uncaring attitude on behalf of the very desensitized nation.

Do you think PM Shehbaz Sharif taking his daughter to attend King Charles III’s coronation is an example of the above-mentioned dilemma? Is this shameless PR paid by taxpayers as per state policies? Or there are no state policies to regulate such personal ambitions?

There have been much graver situations my dear that came along as we journeyed through turbulent times waddling through choppy waters and never once these men with questionable repute were put to any test trial or grilled for that matter. They somehow get scot-free in the end. This is a very minor issue compared to those gross irregularities committed by so many for so long. It’s still carrying on but no cognizance of any kind or seemingly any conscionable probe into these murky affairs. It usually is an irretrievable morass. Even if there is any prosecution going on it is only to please the audience. Just wishy-washy and yet we see people again in the power corridors, predominantly those who can never escape their notoriety. They go on doing things with such amazing audacity. The repetitive cycle carries on unimpeded to our horror. So help us, God.
