The three-match T20 series between Pakistan and England starts today (Friday, August 28) at the Old Trafford Ground in Manchester.

The Lancashire County ground, which hosted the first Test between Pakistan and England, will now host all three T20 matches.

The Pakistan team, led by Babar Azam, which won the T20 series 2-0 against Bangladesh in January this year, could improve its position in the ICC rankings by winning the series against England.

In the ICC rankings, world champions England are currently second behind Australia, while Pakistan is fourth behind India.
