‘The judge was not held responsible for the illicit wealth of his wife’: Junaid Saleem

According to a report by Baaghi TV, senior anchorperson Junaid Saleem has said that the entire army was held responsible for the insult of the “Colonel’s wife”. While a judge has not held responsible for the illicit wealth of his wife.

After hearing Serena Issa’s statement, the head of the 10-member bench of the Supreme Court said that the court was also satisfied with her statement and the means of purchasing the property. A ten-member full court bench headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial expressed complete satisfaction over the money trail and sources of income from the wife of Justice Qazi Faiz Issa and observed that the matter could not be looked at on merit.

Addressing Serena Qazi, Justice Umar Ata Bandial said that you have to go to the Income Tax or the Supreme Judicial Council to look into the matter on merit.
