Lahore, 20th April: Department of Health takes action against the laboratory that declared 60-year-old Allah Datta pregnant.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, a 60-year-old man was found pregnant by a laboratory in Khanewal city of Punjab, against which the Deputy Commissioner has taken strict action.
The Deputy Commissioner received complaints of contradictions in the results of tests at the lab. The laboratory has been prosecuted and sealed by the Department of Health.
It is to be noted that such negligence by a laboratory has come forward, declaring a pregnancy test positive of a male person. When the laboratory report came out, everyone was surprised, how could a sixty-year-old man become pregnant?
Citizens have criticized the laboratory saying that “These are our laboratories. How to trust them who are reporting a man to be pregnant?”
At a time when the pandemic of coronavirus is on the rise across the country, such reports coming from a laboratory raise a big question of their authenticity and shakes people’s confidence in our health system.
