To promote tourism, PIA increases flight operations to Northern areas
Lahore, 25th May: In order to promote tourism, Pakistan International Airline (PIA) increases flight operations to the northern areas of the country. For the first time in the history of the country, Pakistan’s national carrier, PIA operated 8 flights at both the Skardu and Gilgit airports on Monday. PIA sources informed Baaghi TV that the flights to Skardu were operated simultaneously from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. As per reports, three PIA flights from Islamabad arrived in Gilgit and one flight arrived from Lahore.
