According to informed sources, NAB started looking into Tosha Khana’s precious watch which was sold by former Prime Minister Imran Khan and summoned him in connection to it. The NAB team has also seized the documents related to the watch. Additionally, the NAB team also investigated the valuation of watches in the UAE.
According to informed sources, the NAB team also met the shopkeeper, who informed them that this watch is the only watch of its type in the world. No other piece like this has been made by the company. It was the same watch that Imran Khan got as a gift and he sold it further. The NAB investigation team was asked to contact Graff’s office in London for the valuation of the watch. The team also investigated Shafiq, whose fake receipts were shown. Even people of Art of Time recorded a statement saying that these receipts are not theirs and that they were fake.
Earlier, the shopkeeper’s receipts were shown by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI). A shopkeeper named Shafiq has already given a statement to the media. He said that I didn’t buy any watch and I don’t know about it, propaganda is going on against me, that I bought Imran Khan’s watch but I neither bought a watch nor do I have any knowledge about it, it is not my bill, nor signature and neither is it my handwriting.
