According to the reports, a traffic policeman in Clifton area of Karachi issued a challan of Rs 520 to a poor cyclist named Muhammad Iqbal Abid son of Muhammad Bakhsh because of coming at a wrong direction.
It can be seen in the video that a receipt has been handed over to the cyclist by the traffic officer on which the challan of Rs.520 is prominently visible.
The cyclist apologizes to the traffic officer and admits his mistake, but the officer keeps his ID card and says how did the mistake happen? Take this challan and don’t make a mistake now.
The cyclist said that he did not have money to buy flour, where would he pay the challan from.
