US President Donald Trump has threatened China to suffer the consequences for the coronavirus pandemic that has taken its toll globally.
US President Donald Trump says if the coronavirus spread was a mistake then only China would be blamed for that and so it would suffer the consequences. He has not elaborated on what actions the United States might take.
According to Trump, whether the spread of the virus is a mistake or a deliberate plot by China is yet to be decided. He says that the virus could have contained in China and its spread could be controlled on time, but China’s negligence has cost the world a huge loss.
Trump and senior aides have accused China of a lack of transparency after the coronavirus broke out late last year in its city of Wuhan. This week he suspended aid to the World Health Organisation accusing it of being “China-centric.”

Trump has raised serious concerns over the origin of the virus, which according to him has been created in a laboratory at the Virology Centre in Wuhan. Trump has named the coronavirus as ‘China Virus’ and that “the virus may have been artificially synthesized at one of its labs or perhaps escaped from such a facility”.
It should be noted that 1,891 people have died in the United States in the last twenty-four hours due to COVID-19, deaths across the United States have exceeded 39,000.
The United States has been the worst affected worldwide by Corona, where the total death toll from the virus has risen to 39,155, while the total number of those infected has risen to 7,383,923. Of the 13,551 corona patients undergoing treatment, 68,285 patients have recovered.
