Turkey continues to help countries fighting the coronavirus

ANKARA: President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has reportedly sent medical aid to Niger in the form of masks, safety gloves and goggles.

Turkey continues to provide medical assistance to countries affected by the Coronavirus Covid-19. Relief supplies prepared by the Ministry of Health were transported to the Turkish Armed Forces’ A400M cargo plane at Aty Mesut Airport.

Along with the presidential seal on the aid boxes being shipped to Niger are Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi’s words in Turkish and French: “There are thousands of hopes behind every despair and thousands of suns behind every darkness.”
