Twitter India and South Asia Public Policy Director Mahima Kaul Resigns
7th February, 2021, New Delhi: Twitter’s India and South Asia Public Policy Director Mahima Kaul has resigned, according to reports.
Her resignation has been confirmed by a senior official of the organisation.
Mahima Cole joined the microblogging site in 2015. She made her decision for personal reasons and said she wanted to take some time off.
Her resignation comes at a time when the microblogging website has not removed a tweet about the genocide of farmers, prompting the Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to take legal action against the company.
