The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has ordered all government employees to ensure office attendance from July 5th.

According to the reports, offices in the UAE were closed in March due to the coronavirus and employees were instructed to work from home, but now that conditions have improved, the government has announced it will reopen.

The UAE’s Federal Human Resources Authority has announced that all government employees will start working in offices from July 5th.

The authority says that the rate of employees working in offices will be increased to 100%, however, employees suffering from chronic diseases also have an exemption for which they have to submit a medical report.

According to the authority, employees will ensure social distance in offices and full implementation of guidelines. Coronavirus cases in the UAE are declining, with 313 deaths so far, however the total victims are 48,000.
